Terms of use

These terms cover the DP Card service provided by DP Promotions Limited, Dar es Salaam.

Your account

You are responsible for the information on your cards and for keeping your password safe. Do not publish misleading or unlawful content, or content that infringes the rights of others. We may switch off cards that do.

Plans and payment

Paid plans are paid in advance, monthly or yearly. Payments are confirmed once we receive the Mixx by Yas or NMB transaction. If a period ends unpaid, your cards keep working for 7 more days. After that your account moves to the Free plan and cards above its limit pause until you pay. If you change plan mid-period, the value of your remaining days is carried over to the new plan as extra days. You can stop your plan from renewing at any time; it stays active until the end of the period you paid for.

Refunds

Confirmed payments are not refunded unless the service failed because of us. Contact customer care on +255 713 671 501.

Refer a friend

A friend who signs up with your link gets 20% off their first payment. When that payment is confirmed, you get free days worth the amount they actually paid, up to 30 days, on your paid plan, or on Pro if you are on Free. A friend who joins Free and never pays brings no reward. Up to 12 rewards a year. Rewards have no cash value, and payments made from the referrer's own phone number or accounts created to reward yourself are not eligible.

Availability

We aim to keep the service available at all times, but it may be briefly unavailable for maintenance or for reasons beyond our control.
