Frequently asked questions
Does my customer need to install an app?
No. Your card opens in any phone browser. One tap on Save puts your name, number, email and website straight into their contacts.
If I change my number or job, will my printed QR still work?
Yes. Your QR code and NFC chip point to a permanent link. Update your details in the dashboard and every card you have handed out shows the new information.
Which phones work with NFC?
iPhone XR and newer, and most Android phones with NFC. Phones without NFC use the QR code on the back of the card.
How do I pay?
Choose a plan in your dashboard and you get an invoice. Pay by Mixx by Yas or NMB, then enter the transaction number. We confirm monday to saturday, 8:00 to 17:00 and notify you by email and WhatsApp.
What happens if I pay late?
We remind you 7, 3 and 1 day before your plan ends. After it ends, all your cards keep working for 7 more days. Then you move to the Free plan: your first card stays live on a core template without photos, video or the form, the others pause until you pay.
Can I change my card link later?
Yes, at any time. The old link keeps forwarding customers to the new one, and your printed QR code is not affected because it has its own permanent link.
Is there a limit on how many times my card can be opened?
No. Your card can be opened as often as customers want, even on the Free plan. It is never paused for being opened too often.
Does the QR code I download carry your watermark?
No. Your QR code is clean, as a print-size PNG or an SVG for large banners, on every plan.
What size is the NFC card?
The size of a bank card, 85.6 by 54 mm. It fits any wallet or card holder. We print your logo on one side and a QR code on the other for phones without NFC.
Can I add a brochure or menu to my card?
Yes. Add up to four PDFs of up to 6 MB each. Customers open them on their phone without asking you to send them on WhatsApp.
Is my information safe?
Every page is served over HTTPS. Your password is stored in a form that even we cannot read, and the details customers leave on your card are visible only to you.
Who owns the contacts my customers leave?
You do. You see them in your dashboard and can download them to Excel. We never sell or share your data.
